Is Adaging legit?

Last updated 27 September 2026

The short answer

Yes. Adaging is a daily pelvic floor training program for men, delivered in your browser and run by a company registered in Spain. Here is what you can check for yourself before you pay.

Who runs Adaging

Adaging is run by a company registered in Valencia, Spain. Its registered name, address and tax number are on our Legal notice page, published as Spanish law requires.

What you get

A day-by-day pelvic floor program built around four exercises: Release, Hold, Flick and Ladder. Sessions take 5 to 10 minutes and are guided with a timer. You record your own numbers on set days and see them side by side. There are no pills, no devices and nothing shipped to you. See how it works.

What it costs

The first 4 weeks cost $19.99. After that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The first price, the renewal price and the renewal date are shown on the payment screen before you pay, and your current plan is always visible in your profile. Full terms are in our Subscription Policy.

How to cancel

In your profile, in two clicks, or by email. No phone call and no retention script. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Step by step: how to cancel your Adaging subscription.

Refunds

Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund you in full. One email is enough. Details: refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Your data

We do not sell personal data, and your health-related answers are not shared with advertisers. You can delete your account and your data from your profile. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

What Adaging is not

It is not a medical service. It is an educational wellness program: no clinician reviews your answers and no diagnosis is made. If you have pain, sudden erection problems or other warning signs, see a doctor first.

Still unsure?

Write to support@adaging.io before you buy. A person reads every message, and we answer within two working days.
